Airbus delivered only nine A320neo-family jets during July, the lowest monthly total since January this year.
But they included four with Pratt & Whitney PW1100G engines – the highest number of PW1100G-powered aircraft handed over in a single month since five were delivered in March.
These four aircraft were transferred to Volaris, Lufthansa, All Nippon Airways and S7 Airlines, the airframer's latest backlog data states.
Five A320neos fitted with the rival CFM International Leap-1A engine were delivered to Air India, Vistara, SAS, AirAsia and EasyJet.
Airbus remains under pressure over single-aisle output, particularly with delivery of PW1100G-powered aircraft, as a result of technical issue with the engine.
It has been aiming to deliver around 200 A320neos this year. Total A320neo deliveries in the first seven months reached 68 – of which 48 were Leap-equipped.
Five A321neos have been delivered this year, although none was handed over in July.
Airbus's overall single-aisle deliveries to 31 July reached 275 aircraft, slightly behind last year's figure of 280 for the same period.
