Eurocopter has delivered two EC225 Super Puma helicopters to offshore operators in Vietnam and Malaysia.
The handover further expands the airframer's global fleet of more than 80 twin-engined Super Pumas operating in the thriving oil and gas industry.
Southern Vietnam Helicopter took delivery of its third EC225 in June - a fourth unit will be handed over in 2014.
The 27-year-old charter company also operates four AS332 L2s and two EC155 Dauphins in a variety of roles, including air ambulance and VIP transportation.
Malaysia's Awan Inspirasi has taken delivery of its fourth EC225. The Super Puma will be transferred to the Eurocopter Malaysia subsidiary in Subang, where it will be painted and readied for service entry in September.
MHS Aviation - already Malaysia's largest EC225 operator - is gearing up to receive its fifth unit in July. MHS already operates 14 Eurocopter types, including the AS355, AS332 and AS365.
