China Southern Airlines is equipping its Airbus A350s with Recaro seats.
The Guangzhou-based carrier received its first A350-900 at the end of June and has another 19 on order.
Recaro says the long-haul aircraft is fitted with its seats across its cabin, which spans business, premium economy and standard economy sections.
China Southern picked the German manufacturer's all-new, life-flat CL6710 business seat, PL3530 premium-economy seat and CL3710 standard-economy seat, Recaro says.
The cabin is configured with 28 seats in business, 24 in premium economy and 262 in standard economy, China Southern's website indicates.
Noting the seat manufacturer's exclusive selection for the China Southern A350 fleet, Recaro chief executive Mark Hiller states: "Saying I am proud would be an understatement."
Recaro has a production facility in Chinese city Qingdao.
Cirium fleet data shows that China Southern's approximately 570-strong passenger-aircraft fleet includes A320-family jets, A330s, A380s, Boeing 737NGs, 777s, 787s, and Embraer 190s.
