Nichols Airborne, a division of Parker Aerospace (Hall 4, B14) is to introduce a factory overhaul programme for fuel pumps.

As well as assuring the reliable operation of its fuel pumps, Nichols Airborne also ensures they meet performance, power and safety requirements.

The "wet" motor installed new in all factory overhaul fuel pumps maintains explosion-proof design integrity and features an advanced magnetic system for long service life.

Warranties

Nichols Airborne also provides six month warranties for overhauls, one year for factory rebuilt, and two years for new pumps.

Fuel pump product manager Cindi Little says while overhaulers have FAA process approval, most may not have the most current specifications, pump flow and pressure requirements that Nichols Airborne can provide.

"We overhaul our fuel pumps using the same tooling, test equipment and procedures as we use for our new products," she says.

"For example, anyone with a 1967 core can rely on Nichols Airborne providing overhaul and fuel pump testing to the most recent specifications."
