Nordic Satellite has ordered a Lockheed Martin A2100 communications platform. The Sirius 4 A2100AX model-based satellite, equipped with 52 Ku-band and two Ka-band transponders, will be launched in 2007 and provide direct-to-home broadcast and interactive services across Europe and Africa.
