US Airways has become the first North American airline to take delivery of an Airbus A321. The CFM International CFM56-powered aircraft is the first of 34 A321-200s that the airline has on order. The 169-seater will enter service in early February on transcontinental routes, initially between Philadelphia and Los Angeles.
