Manufacturer Northrop Grumman, of Los Angeles, California, has appointed Dr Dean Baker vice-president and general manager of precision weapons and electronics systems, based in Hawthorne, California. With the company since 1979, Baker was most recently vice-president and programme manager for the tri-service stand off attack missile at the Military Aircraft division, also at Hawthorne.
