Northwest Airlines is stepping up its challenge to Midwest Airlines with a substantial expansion at Milwaukee, offering flights from 1 July to Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York LaGuardia, Orlando, and Washington Reagan National. These routes are in addition to existing services to Detroit, Memphis, and Minneapolis/St Paul. The new flights will be served by either Airbus A319 or A320 aircraft.
