Glynn Lunney has become vice-president for strategic and business planning at Lockheed-Boeing's United Space Alliance, of Houston, Texas. He was formerly vice-president and programme manager, where he is replaced by deputy programme manager Howard DeCastro. Both report to president and chief executive Paul Smith.
