OMF Aircraft has secured a $5 million investment package from private sources, financial institutions and the German government, to fund development of diesel-powered and four-seat derivatives of the Symphony 160 two-seater. In its dispute over design rights to the Symphony, a US court has denied an injunction that would have stopped the German manufacturer building the aircraft.
