Farnborough Aviation Sales plans to provide the first one-stop aviation service centre at Farnborough
The newly-formed company, with the backing of a major investment group, is to take a majority stake in Farnborough Aviation Services.
It will create a group capable of providing a full range of aviation services, from sales to operational support, and dealing in the aircraft from small turboprops to Challenger and Gulfstream jets.
Managing Director Nick McHaffey says: "There is more to this than a one-stop convenience, because the stop just happens to be the best-sited, most famous aviation centre in Europe.
"We believe Farnborough will become the business aviation capital of Europe and we are backing our convictions with the formation of FAS."
