The move by Aer Lingus and Iberia to codeshare on flights between Ireland and Spain adds to efforts by carriers in the oneworld alliance to further bilateral links between the various partners.
Both carriers are stepping up services between the countries, with the codeshare initially operating on the Dublin to Madrid route, but being expanded to onward domestic destinations later.
