A350 lifts off with $15bn Qatar order
Qatar Airways stunned the show yesterday with an announcement of plans to order Airbus A350s and Boeing 777s. The orders will be jointly worth $15.2 billion. Airbus will sell 60 A350s, a mix of -800 and -900 variants, while Boeing will sell a mix of 777-300ERs, 777-200LRs and 777-200Fs.
