Aerolineas Argentinas received on 26 January the third of 11 Boeing 737 Max aircraft on order, the SkyTeam alliance carrier says.
The 737 Max 8, registered LV-HKU, joins two more already in service, with new deliveries scheduled in February and May, the airline says.
Aerolineas Argentinas plans to operate the third 737 Max 8 starting on 5 February, flying to Neuquén with 170 seats, including eight in Club Economy.
At least five of the aircraft on order from Boeing will be 737 Max 8 aircraft. Aerolineas Argentinas has not identified which variant will form the remaining six on order, according to Flight Fleets Analyzer.
