American Airlines has signed a firm order for 15 more Embraer 175 jets.
Deliveries of the 76-set jets will begin in 2020, says the Brazilian manufacturer.
American now has 104 E175s on order, adds Embraer, noting that the US carrier had most recently placed a 15-unit order in May.
The new deal has a list-price value of $705 million. The aircraft will be operated by American's Envoy subsidiary, with the 76 seats split between 12 in first class and 64 in economy.
Embraer puts its share of the North American jet segment up to 76 seats at "more than 80%", having gained orders for some 435 E175s from airlines in the region.
