All Nippon Airways has taken delivery of its first Airbus A320neo.
The Japanese carrier says that the Pratt & Whitney PW1127G-powered aircraft was handed over at Hamburg on 15 December.
It adds that the aircraft will start service on short-haul international routes, such as those to China, from mid-January. The A320 is configured with eight business class and 138 economy class seats.
Flight Fleets Analyzer shows that the aircraft bears MSN 7401 and is registered as JA211A.
ANA has six more A320neos on order, and 26 A321neos.
