Taiwan’s Eva Air has finalised an order for up to 24 Boeing 787-10s and two 777-300ERs.
The deal puts the order value at more than $8 billion at list prices, which is also Taiwan’s largest single commercial aircraft purchase, says Boeing.
The 26 aircraft deal was originally announced in October.
Eva will use the 787-10s on medium and long-haul services, alongside the 777-300ERs.
With the latest order, Eva will be one of the 787-10's launch customers. Its backlog will also increase to 37 aircraft, including 14 777-300ERs, five 777 Freighters, and 18 787-10s, adds Boeing.
