US lessor Air Lease has signed a memorandum of understanding for another 12 Boeing 737 Max aircraft.
The new agreement covers five Max 7s and seven Max 8s, Boeing says.
"With these additional 12 units, ALC's growing 737 Max orderbook now stands at 130 aircraft – and we are placing them rapidly," states Air Lease chief executive John Plueger.
Air Lease had already boosted its narrowbody order backlog at the Paris air show, with an agreement for 12 Airbus A321neos on 19 June.
