Canada and Russia have eased flight restrictions on Air Canada and Aeroflot, respectively, ahead of negotiations to resolve a trade dispute that banned Air Canada overflights on its Toronto-New Delhi service. In retaliation, Air Canada had limited the number of weekly Aeroflot flights between Toronto and Moscow, and Aeroflot overflights over Canadian territory to US destinations. Talks are scheduled to begin on 8 December and end in February.
