New Zealand and Tonga have signed an open-skies air-services agreement allowing unlimited services between the countries. The agreement allows New Zealand and Tongan carriers to operate over any routing with unlimited aircraft capacity. It also allows for liberal tariff and airline ownership provisions, as well as codesharing.
