Indonesia's Air Paradise International delayed its planned 27 October launch following the 12 October car bomb blast that struck Bali killing nearly 200 people and injuring a further 300. Air Paradise plans to fly from its Bali base to Perth four times weekly and to Melbourne three times weekly, plus operate routes to Jakarta, using two ex-Singapore Airlines (SIA) Airbus A310-300s in a two-class layout. Flights to Taipei and Seoul will follow when the second aircraft is delivered.
