Esterline-owned Canadian technology company CMC Electronics says it is "on track" to deliver its first cockpit for the T-6B Texan trainer in the fourth quarter of this year. Under a 35-unit production order received in November 2008, it is supplying its Cockpit 4000 to the Hawker Beechcraft programme. The Cockpit 4000 includes an integrated avionics computer, a heads-up display, an up-front control panel and multifunction displays.
