Russia's Rostvertol will deliver its second Mi-26T heavy transport helicopter to China Flying Dragon Special Aviation on 19 June, the company says.

Contracted last year, the aircraft, which can lift a cargo of 20t, will join another example (below) already in use for airlift applications.

Also announced at the show is a new service agreement under which Rostvertol Aviation has supplied one Mi-26T and two aircrews to provide firefighting cover for Greece until October. The aircraft arrived in the country on 11 June.

The company is also using Le Bourget to promote its new Mi-28N attack helicopter (below) to potential future export customers. The aircraft is now in service with the Russian army.
