The Rafael Spike-NLOS missile system is being evaluated by customers for use on a variety of combat and transport helicopters, with Rafael to meet potential customers here at Paris. The Spike missile family consists of precise tactical missiles for ranges of 1.35-13.5nm (2.5-25km).

Spike-NLOS is an operational multipurpose, multi-platform electro-optical missile system with a wireless datalink providing precision non-line of sight firing capability for ranges up to 13.5nm.

The system provides the gunner with the ability to attack targets at stand-off ranges beyond the line of sight.
