Boeing has selected Goodrich Hella Aerospace Lighting Systems to develop the anti-collision lighting system for the RAH-66 Comanche armed reconnaissance helicopter. The system comprises a traditional 2000 candela white strobe light for training purposes, as well as a newly developed strobe light using LED technology. First RAH-66 Comanche deliveries are due in 2009-10.
