Commercial aircraft broker Air Partner has announced that pre-tax profits in the financial year ending 31 July fell to £2.8 million ($4.5 million) on a turnover of £63.5 million. The result was better than expected at the start of the year, when the group issued a profits warning due to a downturn in demand for executive travel. Strong performances in its international operations, especially in Germany and the USA which increased sales by 120% and 150% respectively, boosted overall performance.
