Peninsula Airways, which trades as Pen Air, has introduced two Saab 340Bs on its regional network from its hub in Anchorage, Alaska. The airline, which is an Alaska Airlines codeshare partner, is operating the aircraft in a 30-seat configuration, with a specially enlarged cargo compartment, created by moving the rear cabin bulkhead forward by around 750mm.
