Rajeev Bhalla has been named vice-president and controller of Lockheed Martin. Bhalla, who joins from accountants PriceWaterhouseCoopers, succeeds Christopher Kubasik, who became chief financial officer this year. Carlo Peretti is to replace Luciano di Fazio as president of Gandalf Airlines. De Fazio will remain with the Italian regional carrier as vice-president. Northrop Grumman has appointed William Allison as vice-president and general manager of its newly formed Navigation Systems division, based in Baltimore. He was president of Litton's Integrated Systems division. UK airports group BAA has appointed Marcus Agious as chairman with effect from next April. Agious, chairman of Lazard's London operations, has been a non-executive director at BAA since 1995. Anthony DiNota joins Atlantic Southeast Airlines (ASA) as vice-president of maintenance and engineering. DiNota will oversee the operation of five ASA maintenance facilities. Previously he was general manager, aircraft engines at ASA parent Delta Air Lines. Delta Connection has named Jeffrey Fisher as vice-president and chief financial officer. He moves over from vice-president of finance and marketing at parent Delta. Michael Wolf has been appointed president of Textron Lycoming. Wolf, most recently the company's executive vice-president and general manager, will be responsible for managing and developing the company, as well as executing business strategy. The two shareholders of the newly created Airbus company, BAE Systems and EADS, have named Rainer Hertrich head of the Airbus shareholders' committee. Other members are Philippe Camus, co-chief executive of EADS, Axel Arendt, EADS' chief financial officer, Alberto Fernandez, head of EADS' military transport aircraft division, Jean-Louis Gergorin, head of EADS' strategic co-ordination, Mike Turner, chief operating officer of BAE Systems, and George Rose, group financial director of BAE.
