■ Flight Options has named Bruce Boyle as chief financial officer.
■ Khalid Abdullah Al-Molhem has been named director-general of Saudi Arabian Airlines.
■ Lufthansa has appointed Klaus Froese managing director of regional carrier Lufthansa CityLine.
■ World Air Holdings’ Gilberto Duarte is retiring from his position as president of the company’s risk management subsidiary, World Risk Solutions, after six months. Chief financial officer Michael Towe will assume all of Duarte’s responsibilities.
■ Jim Jamieson has become Boeing senior vice-president of engineering, operations and technology, expanding his previous responsibilities as senior vice-president, chief technology officer, and head of the Boeing Technology organisation.
■ Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) has appointed Uri Sinai general manager, MLM division and Arie Halsband general manager, MBT space division in its systems, missiles and space group. Jacob Goldman takes on the role of director of corporate procurement and logistics and Baruch Mevorach is appointed deputy vice-president and assistant to the president.
