• Israel Aerospace Industries' Systems, Missiles & Space and Military Aircraft groups have made a series of appointments: Jehezkel "Hezzi" Grizim  is appointed corporate vice-president and general manager of Military Aircraft Shaul Shahar becomes general manager of systems at the Systems group's Tamam division Ilan Biton becomes general manager of Systems' Technologies division and Yoav Turgeman is named programme manager for the Arrow anti-tactical ballistic missile at Systems' MLM division.
  • Saab has appointed Lars Granlöf to the new post of chief financial officer, effective 1 June.
  • Aircraft lessor AWAS has made Michael Howard chief financial officer. Walter Valarezo becomes senior vice-president of AWAS Aviation Services, joining from CIT Aerospace, where he was vice-president marketing.
  • Graham Lake has been named chief commercial officer at in-flight cellphone communications provider OnAir. He was previously vice-president and managing director Europe, Middle East and Africa at Arinc.
  • MTU Aero Engines chief executive Udo Stark  is stepping down at the end of this year, citing personal reasons.
