British Airways regional subsidiary, Brymon Airways, has appointed Louise Fowler as managing director (MD). Fowler, previously general manager, com- mercial policy at BA, replaces Gareth Kirkwood, who has been named MD of BA World Cargo. Defence electronics and communications company Paravant of Florida has named John Zisko as chief financial officer. Two new VPs have joined the Boeing Airplane Services management team; Mark Owen operations, and Robert Avery solution sales. Delta Air Lines' chairman and chief executive, Leo Mullin, has become chairman of the International Air Transport Association. L-3 Communications has named Maj Gen Larry Henry VP air force programmes, responsible for liaison with the USAF and Department of Defense.
