Thai Airways executive vice president (VP) Bhisit Kuslasayanon is to succeed current president Thamoon Wanglee, who retired on 30 September. David Pang is to become chief executive of Hong Kong Airport Authority from January. Responsible for overseeing Hong Kong International Airport, he replaces Billy Chung-Iun. John Moore has been appointed president of European turboprop manufacturer ATR. He replaces Jean-Daniel Leroy, who takes up a senior position with EADS ATR structure in Toulouse. Ian Morgan has been named VP, North America & Mexico, of Luxembourg-based Cargolux Airlines. He replaces Sigmar Sigurdsson, who becomes head of business development. Morgan recently served as senior VP cargo with Worldwide Flight Services in Texas. The UK's Sirocco Aerospace International, which markets uprated Tupolev Tu-204s, has appointed Michael Welbourne director product support. He was previously manager of customer support for Airbus in China.
