Honeywell has promoted Barry Eccleston to lead its Propulsion Systems Enterprise business. Eccleston will assume the duties of vice-president (VP) propulsion systems enterprise on 1 October. He was previously VP commercial aerospace Europe. Northrop Grumman Mission Systems has appointed Maj Gen Timothy McMahon as VP strategic programmes. Before his retirement from the USAir Force in May, McMahon was commander of the 20th Air Force, which includes the US Minuteman III missile fleet. Goodrich has appointed Steve Huggins, formerly VP strategic resources and information technology, as senior VP strategy and business development. His new job will focus on liaison with Boeing. Chris Hubbard has been appointed director of engineering and maintenance for Thomas Cook Airlines (UK). He was previously the airline's maintenance manager. Boeing Integrated Defense Systems has appointed Ronald Marcotte VP and deputy general manager of Air Force systems. He was formerly senior VP for Air Force programmes at Burdeshaw Associates, which he joined after retiring from the US Air Force Air Mobility Command as vice-commander.
