David Fox, VP business development at optics specialist Vortek Industries, has moved to International Water-Guard Industries (IWG), which supplies aircraft water systems, as chief executive, replacing Bill Coote. Former president of Bombardier Business Aircraft Sales John Lawson will become IWG's chairman.
US Airways chief financial officer (CFO) Neal Cohen has resigned, to be replaced by senior VP finance Dave Davis.
Delta Air Lines CFO Michele Burns is resigning, to be replaced by Michael Palumbo, former CFO of Trans World Airlines. Robert Colman, executive VP human resources, will retire.
Finnair CFO Petri Pentti has resigned to join Fortum as CFO of its oil sector. He will remain with Finnair until August.
Former UK chief of defence procurement Sir Robert Walmsley has joined the board of EDO as chairman of the defence contractor's UK subsidiary.
