The Avionics division of information and electronic warfare technology provider ITT Industries has promoted John Capeci to vice-president and director for business development. Capeci has 30 years experience in defence and aerospace electronics. Michael Blake has been appointed senior vice-president of Bell Helicopter's commercial business unit. Blake comes to Bell after 27 years with United Technologies. n Evans and Sutherland Computer (E&S) has appointed Kevin Paprzycki chief financial officer and corporate secretary. Paprzycki joined simulation visual system-supplier E&S in 1999 as director of planning and analysis. AirBridge Cargo (ABC), part of Volga-Dnepr Group, has added two senior executives to its management team. Andy Vargoczky joins the airline as global sales and marketing director. Anton Khodakovsky has been appointed sales manager Russia and the CIS. ABC began operations in May 2004. Drew Baker has been promoted to president of Bearing Inspection. Baker, who has been with the independent bearing inspection and overhaul provider for 10 years, will be responsible for worldwide sales and operations. Bombardier Aerospace has recruited two new sales directors after introducing four new aircraft types into service. Eckhard Breuer assumes responsibility for sales in Germany and Austria, while Christophe Degoumois is responsible for Russian and eastern European sales.
