KLM Royal Dutch Airlines managing director and chief financial officer Rob Ruijter is to leave in December. Ruijter joined KLM in March 2001. Mark Czaja has been appointed group vice-president of technology and innovation for Parker Aerospace in Irvine, California, with responsibility across the entire Aerospace Group. Goodrich has appointed Scott Kuechle vice-president and controller. He was formerly vice-president and treasurer for the company and replaces Bob Koney. Eclipse Aviation has appointed Bill Bonder vice-president of supply chain management, responsible for optimising the Eclipse 500 very light jet global supply chain network. Rolls-Royce has appointed Scott Crislip as president, helicopters, following the departure of Stuart Mullan. Crislip joined R-R in 2002 as vice-president, mission ready management solutions. This year he served briefly as interim president of the company's defence business in North America. Jean-Pierre Mortreux has been appointed president and chief executive officer of CMC Electronics. He joins CMC from Thales Avionics North America, where he was president and chief executive. Northrop Grumman's Integrated Systems division has named Janis Pamiljans as vice-president and programme manager of its F-35 Joint Strike Fighter programme. Pamiljans replaces Steve Briggs, who continues as vice-president and deputy for the Air Combat Systems business area. Ian Walsh has been named vice-president and general manager of Lycoming Engines. n Michael Blake has been appointed senior vice-president of Bell Helicopter's commercial business unit, joining from United Technologies. CAE has confirmed Paul Renaud will resign as executive vice-president, chief financial officer and secretary on 31 October. Alison Wood has been named group strategic development director of BAE Systems. She joined the firm in 1999 as managing director, future systems.
