Pharaoh Airlines, a new Egyptian charter, was due to begin service on 16 July flying tourists from Egypt to Turkey and the Greek Islands. The first flight was scheduled from Cairo, the airline's home base, to Istanbul. The aircraft is an ex-Euralair International Boeing 737-200. Pharaoh plans to buy a second aircraft this year.
