Nigeria's first of two ATR 42-500 maritime patrol aircraft has arrived at Alenia Aeronautica's Turin Caselle site for flight test activities.
Ordered in June 2007, the twin-turboprop will be delivered to the Nigerian air force's Benin City air base later this year.
The aircraft arrived at Turin Caselle in early September following the completion of modification and equipment installation work at Alenia Aeronautica's Brindisi plant.
This included the addition of Selex Galileo's ATOS mission system.
