Delta Air Lines' chairman Leo Mullin appears positive about the possibility of reaching agreement with the airline's pilots by mid-summer. Talks to ratify a new contract with the Air Line Pilots Association have continued this year. Mullin says he believes a "fair agreement for both sides" can be secured by late July, while union sources privately say a dispute is now unlikely.
