New Piper Aircraft's first Malibu Meridian for Latin America will be delivered to an Argentinian customer in November, says the Florida-based manufacturer. The Meridian is "on track" to be certified by the end of July, says the company, which has stopped taking new orders until it settles on a new price for the aircraft, pegged at $1.375 million.
