The Israeli police have questioned Moshe Keret, president of Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI), as part of a vast investigation aimed at uncovering alleged bribes given as part of the company’s export activities. On 15 November Keret was questioned under caution after the police raided his office and home. The police had previously raided IAI divisions and gathered documents. The Israeli defence ministry opened the investigation following a report by the state comptroller. In 2004 the investigation was transferred to the police. Two IAI agents were also questioned in the probe.
