Canada's Porter Airlines has launched its first interline partnership with Qatar Airways, as the airline seeks to add more partners later this year.
The two airlines will interline on Qatar's flights between Doha and Montreal, and Doha and Washington Dulles. Porter offers connections from Montreal and Washington Dulles to its Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport base.
"Establishing Porter's first interline agreement is an important occasion for us and we couldn't have chosen a better partner than Qatar Airways, one of the world's elite airlines," says Robert Deluce, Porter's president and CEO. "It's the beginning of a plan to add multiple interline partners in 2012, introducing Porter to an entirely new set of passengers."
