The US antitrust authorities have reinstated the predatory pricing suit brought against American Airlines by the same Clinton administration lawyers who sought to dismantle Microsoft. A federal judge threw out the case in April last year, but the Bush Administration renewed the case saying that the judge had erred and that it had in fact shown that American added excess below-cost capacity.
