One of Qantas's three new Airbus A330-300s was diverted to Adelaide on a Melbourne-Perth flight last week after passengers and crew became ill from fumes in the aircraft. Nine passengers and crew were hospitalised after suffering headaches and nausea during the flight. The aircraft re-entered service the following day after a thorough investigation of all electrical, hydraulic and onboard systems, says the airline.
