Australia is reviewing airport security measures after a passenger on a Qantas flight last week stabbed two flight attendants with wooden stakes. The incident happened on a Boeing 717, with 47 passengers and six crew on board, between Melbourne and Launceston. The passenger tried to gain access to the cockpit 10min into the flight. He was restrained by crew and passengers and the 717 returned to Melbourne.
