Qantas Airways is to lease seven Boeing 767-300s from 25% owner British Airways. The aircraft are to be delivered between June this year and March 2001. The extra capacity will be used on new services between Australia and Singapore, connecting with Qantas and BA services to the UK and other parts of Europe. Qantas will also increase domestic frequencies.
