Oneworld alliance carrier Qatar Airways is to open a new US connection with non-stop daily services to Dallas-Fort Worth from the beginning of July next year.
It will serve the route, its second in Texas after Houston, with Boeing 777-200LR twinjets. The aircraft will be configured in two classes, it states, with 42 business- and 217 economy-class seats.
The route will tighten its links with Oneworld carrier American Airlines.
Qatar Airways operates to four US cities, comprising New York, Washington DC, Chicago and Houston. Dallas will increase this to seven, because Qatar is also planning to operate to Philadelphia from April 2014 and Miami from June 2014.
