Qatar Airways is at Paris sporting a chalet in its burgundy corporate colours and celebrating yet another award. On the eve of the show, the airline held on to the coveted Skytrax Five Star award for excellence, service and high standards.
The airline is one of only four in the world - and the only Middle East carrier - to earn the accolade. The cabincrew retained their award-winning status by being named Best in the Middle East for the third year running. Qatar Airways was also recognised in the Skytrax survey for having the best First Class and Business Class in the Middle East.
"Paris airshow is regarded as one of the top aviation industry events of the year and we are pleased to be able to use this opportunity to showcase our hospitality to visitors," says Qatar Airways chief executive Akbar Al Baker.
"We look forward to a productive week as it will be a perfect opportunity to network with existing business partners and build new relationships."
