Bournemouth Aviation Services (Basco) the UK-based subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Aerospace (ST Aero), has signed an agreement with Qatar Airways to conduct C checks on four of its Airbus 320 aircraft.
The last aircraft is expected to be re-delivered to the airline by the second quarter of this year. The agreement is worth $1 million.
While Qatar Airways is an existing customer of ST Aero in its Singapore facility, ST Aviation Services, it is the first Middle Eastern commercial airline customer for Basco.
