Lufthansa Technical Training (LTT) and Swiss private aircraft support specialist Quality Control Management (QCM) will jointly provide maintenance type training for the Airbus ACJ319 and Boeing Business Jet VIP airliners.
Bern-based QCM offers continued airworthiness management training, technical training, and consultancy services for private aircraft operators. It has worked with LTT before.
Both companies have now decided to expand their co-operation and offer maintenance type training for ACJ339 and 737BBJ aircraft, as well as specialist courses on structural and composite repairs. The range of courses will be expanded in the future.
The partnership will make QCM's training programmes more flexible, systematic and lower cost, says Markus Enck, the company's supervisory board president.
